Quadro Smart Listing
eBay listing automation.
More listings.
Less manual work.
Turn product photos and a few key details into a prepared eBay listing. Our software brings product information, item specifics and image preparation into one workflow, so your team reviews a filled-in listing instead of building it from scratch.
Take photos on your phone, start preparation and have the details checked before sending the listing to eBay. Designed for used car and truck parts sellers who want to reduce repetitive work and grow without adding more listing administration.

A simpler way to list
Stop moving files. Start moving products.
A manual listing process can involve photographing an item, transferring images to a computer, sorting folders, sending files to another employee, writing descriptions and copying everything into eBay.
Each handover adds work before the product is even available to buy.
Quadro Smart Listing connects these steps. The person handling the item adds the photos and core details directly to its record. The next person receives prepared content to check, rather than a folder of images and a blank listing form.
Pay for less repeated work — not another task for your team.
Too many handovers.

Listing preparation sits between your input and your approval.
From your phone to eBay
How it works
Start with your workspace, connected eBay account and agreed listing settings. Then follow the same process for each product.
Your item. Its own record.
Photos, identifiers and condition notes stay together, ready for preparation and review.
Photograph the actual item
Open the workspace in your phone’s browser. Take or select photos of the product, its labels, important angles and any damage. Add them directly to the item you are preparing, without a separate phone-to-computer transfer.
Add the details you know
Enter the item number, part number and stock quantity. Your item number is your internal reference or SKU; the part number identifies the component. Add useful context such as brand, model, year and condition notes. Some warehouse setups also require a storage location.
Start preparation from your phone
Submit the item for preparation. Our application assembles the listing content, relevant characteristics and prepared images in the workspace. Your team can continue capturing stock while the item is processed. The result is a listing ready for review, not an automatically published offer.
Review the result, not an empty form
You or a colleague checks the title, category, references, condition and photos. Add missing information or make targeted corrections. Adjust the price to match your company’s margins and pricing policy, then save the changes.
Confirm and send to eBay
Approve the listing using Confirm and send to eBay. The configured connection submits the supported listing data — title, description, condition, item specifics and photos, together with the saved price and quantity — without re-entering it into another form. Publication follows your account settings and eBay’s requirements.

A clearer division of work
One person captures. One person checks.
Organise the work around two clear responsibilities: recording the actual item and approving its offer. The software handles repeated listing preparation between them.
For example, a business using two people for photography and file handling plus two for manual listing might assess a setup with one person capturing stock and one reviewing prepared listings. This is a staffing scenario to test against your workload, not a guaranteed reduction from four employees to two.
A smaller business can combine capture and review in one person. An established team can use the released time for more stock, customer enquiries or dispatch instead of increasing headcount as listing volume grows.

More than a description
A fuller listing, without starting every field from scratch
The aim is useful, accurate information — not a longer description or guessed answers in every available field.
Product title and category
A focused title and suggested eBay category, ready to check against the actual item.
Item specifics and references
Relevant characteristics such as brand, product type and manufacturer part number, with available references brought together for review.
Condition and description
Readable information about the individual item, its known wear, supplied condition notes and included components.
Product images
Photo preparation, including white-background images where configured, presented alongside the listing content.
Price and selling details
Pricing guidance where available, with the final price, quantity and selling settings controlled by your business.

Built for used parts, where the details matter
Two used parts can share a product type but differ in condition, markings, fittings or included components. Those differences belong in the listing.
Record known defects, missing pieces and testing results while the item is in front of you. Check part numbers and compatibility before approval: product identification is not a substitute for inspecting the component.
Cleaner backgrounds can give your catalogue a more consistent presentation. They must not hide wear, remove damage or make a used part look new. Check the prepared images as part of the final review.

Make relevant product information easier to find
Help buyers find the right item on eBay
Accurate item specifics help match your product to relevant searches and filters. Listing quality and completeness also contribute to eBay’s Best Match results, alongside price, selling terms and your record as a seller.
A clear title, appropriate category and useful characteristics give a correctly described product more ways to match what a buyer needs than an incomplete listing.
Cover both broad and specific searches
A buyer may search for a product type, a brand and model, or an exact part number. Relevant information helps your listing describe the item at each of those levels, without stuffing unrelated keywords into the text.
eBay also identifies complete item specifics as helpful for discovery through Google Shopping and external search. Useful, clearly organised content is a better foundation than repeated phrases or generic descriptions.
This supports relevant discovery; it does not guarantee Google indexing, positions for competitive keywords or sales. More detail is valuable when it is correct and useful to the buyer.

The cost of a completed listing
Compare the service fee with the work it removes
The useful question is not only “What does the service cost?” It is “What does a completed listing cost us today?”
Count the staff time spent transferring and sorting photos, preparing content, entering characteristics, checking prices and submitting listings. Compare that with the time your team spends on capture, review and corrections using Quadro Smart Listing.
Look at the cost per listing.
Cost per completed listing = (staff cost + service fees + allocated setup and other preparation costs) ÷ completed listings.
Calculate costs over the same period and compare the same completed-listing volume and quality standard. Spread setup costs over a realistic period.
When the labour cost you avoid exceeds the service and setup costs, automation reduces your overall listing cost. When employees use the released time elsewhere, the benefit is extra capacity rather than an immediate reduction in payroll.
Illustrative calculationWhat could this mean at 1,000 listings a month?
Illustrative planning calculation — not a measured customer result or a performance promise.
Assume manual listing preparation and review currently take 20 minutes per item. Here is what a reduction to six or four minutes would mean:
| Preparation and review only | Starting assumption | Six-minute scenario | Four-minute scenario |
|---|---|---|---|
| Staff time per listing | 20 minutes | 6 minutes | 4 minutes |
| Staff hours for 1,000 listings | 333.3 | 100 | 66.7 |
| Reduction in staff time | — | 70% | 80% |
| Capacity within the same staff hours | 1× | About 3.3× | 5× |
Photography, physical handling and system waiting time are excluded from this example. A fivefold increase at one stage is not a promise of five times the output across the whole operation. Measure your complete workflow before changing staffing plans.

FAQ
Questions before you start
Practical answers about your workflow, team and costs.
Can I use the service from my phone?
Yes. The workspace runs in your phone’s browser. Take or choose photos, add the core details and start preparation from the product’s location. Prepared listings can also be reviewed on mobile.
Do I need to write the description myself?
You provide the core product information and important condition notes. The application prepares the listing content for review. Your role is to check accuracy and add or correct anything the available information does not establish.
Can one person handle the whole process?
Yes, capture and review can be handled by the same person or split between colleagues within your agreed account setup. The number of people needed depends on product complexity, photography time and monthly volume.
Can we keep our own pricing policy?
Yes. Your team checks and edits the price before submission. Any suggested price is a reference, not an instruction to change your margins. You decide the final offer sent to eBay.
Does preparing an item publish it automatically?
No. Preparation creates a record for review. Check the content, save any changes and confirm submission separately. Your connected account and required eBay listing settings must also be ready.
Will every product field be filled in?
The system prepares relevant information using the available product details. Unknown or uncertain values need checking, not inventing. Accurate characteristics are more useful than a fully populated form containing incorrect claims.
Is this worthwhile for an existing team?
It can be. Less repeated entry may release time for more products or other work without additional hiring. Compare your actual preparation and review time, service fees and setup costs to assess the benefit.
How do we get started?
Request a demonstration and describe your products, monthly listing volume and current workflow. We will discuss a suitable setup, account connection and pricing, so you can evaluate the service against the work you do today.
Build a stronger catalogue, not a bigger manual process
Stop measuring listing work only by the number of people it takes. Look at the cost of each completed offer, the usefulness of its information and how much stock your team can prepare.
Show us your current process. We will explain how Quadro Smart Listing could simplify it and what to measure before you commit.
Less copying. More useful product information. More time for the rest of your business.
