General

What services do you provide?
We provide eCommerce development, marketplace integrations, eBay listing services, product photo editing, corporate website development, business card websites, and landing page development. Depending on the project, we may also support content preparation, metadata structure, competitor analysis, custom functionality, and ongoing technical improvements.
Do you work only in one niche?
No. We work across several connected directions. Our strongest experience is in product-based businesses, especially eCommerce, used parts, technical products, and marketplace workflows, but we also create corporate websites and service-focused business websites.
Do you work only with online stores?
No. We also create corporate websites, business card websites, and landing pages for companies that need stronger presentation, clearer service pages, and a more competitive online image.
Can one project include several services at the same time?
Yes. A project can combine website development, marketplace workflows, listing support, image editing, metadata preparation, and custom functionality. In many cases, the strongest result comes from combining these services into one connected system.
Do you start every project with analysis?
Yes. We always begin by analysing the client's business, market direction, competitors, and goals. Learn more about our process.
Why do you analyse competitors before starting?
Because a strong project should not be built blindly. Competitor analysis helps us understand what already exists in the market, where competitors are strong, where they are weak, and how the client's future website or system can be structured to compete more effectively.

eCommerce Development

What does your eCommerce development service include?
Our eCommerce development service can include structure planning, category hierarchy, product page logic, homepage and internal page development, usability improvements, content-ready layouts, metadata planning, and future-ready architecture for integrations and growth.
Can you create an online store from scratch?
Yes. We can develop an eCommerce project from scratch, including project structure, design direction, layout development, internal pages, and functional expansion according to the agreed scope.
Can you also build on a ready-made theme or template?
Yes. For businesses that want a faster launch, we can adapt a ready-made structure and configure it to fit the project. This is often a practical option when speed and budget control are important.
Do you plan category and product structure?
Yes. Category hierarchy, brand pages, information pages, product grouping, and usability are all important parts of the process. We treat structure as one of the foundations of a successful eCommerce project.
Can you help make the store easier to manage in the backend?
Yes. We think not only about the customer-facing side, but also about the admin workflow. This includes easier editing of pages, categories, brands, products, stock, order handling, and practical configuration of settings.
Can the store be prepared for future growth?
Yes. We build projects so they can be expanded later with more categories, more products, more languages, new integrations, and additional functionality.

Marketplace Integrations

What do you mean by marketplace integrations?
Marketplace integrations are workflows that help connect the website, product data, inventory logic, and sales channels more effectively. This can include eBay, Ovoko, and other marketplace directions depending on the project.
Can you connect the website with eBay?
Yes. We can help structure a project so that eBay-related listing workflows, product data, stock logic, and content handling are better organised and easier to manage.
Can you also work with Ovoko?
Yes. We can prepare marketplace workflows for projects that need connection with Ovoko and similar channels, especially in the used auto parts sector.
Can one product system support multiple channels?
Yes. That is one of the goals of a well-structured project. We aim to reduce duplication and build a cleaner workflow where the client can manage products more centrally.
Do integrations only cover technical connection?
No. We also look at category mapping, product data structure, content consistency, stock logic, and how products should be presented across different channels.
Can you prepare a project for future marketplaces even if they are not connected yet?
Yes. We often structure projects with future growth in mind so that expanding into additional marketplaces later becomes easier and more practical.

eBay Listing Service

Do you only upload products, or do you prepare them before publication?
We focus on preparation before publication. Our eBay listing service can include image improvement, title creation, category selection, item specifics, condition writing, description preparation, and pricing support.
What do you do with item titles?
We create item titles based on the actual product, how buyers search, and the logic agreed with the client. The goal is to make the title clearer, more relevant, and more commercially useful.
How do you choose the item category?
We do not simply use the first available option. We review the product type, listing logic, and comparable items so the category choice is more relevant and commercially aligned.
How many item specifics do you usually prepare?
We aim to build a fuller and more relevant data set for each product rather than stopping at only a few basic fields. The final number depends on the product type and available information, but the goal is always to create a strong, useful structure.
Do you work with used products?
Yes. This is one of the strongest directions of our service. We can work with used parts, technical goods, and products where condition details are especially important.
How do you describe item condition for used products?
We describe the actual visible condition of the item based on the provided photos and available information. If there are scratches, chips, cracks, wear, or other defects, these can be clearly stated so the buyer understands what they are purchasing.
Do you write generic descriptions for all products?
No. We agree the structure of the description with the client and prepare descriptions in a more controlled and relevant way. This may include product explanation, application, characteristics, installation notes, condition, delivery, return details, and warranty information where needed.
Can you help with pricing?
Yes. We can provide pricing support based on competition, product liquidity, business realities, and the broader market context. This may include indicative ranges and reference links where relevant.
Can I order only part of the listing service?
Yes. The service can be adjusted based on the client's needs. Some clients want the full workflow, while others only need selected sections such as titles, specifics, condition, or descriptions.
Can you prepare website-side product content separately from marketplace content?
Yes. If the client also has an eCommerce project with us, we can prepare a more tailored website version of the product content with its own page title, H1, meta description, and supporting text structure.

Product Photo Editing

What does your product photo editing service include?
We improve product images for cleaner, more professional presentation. One of the most requested options is white background editing for product photos. See our product photo editing page for details.
Why is white background editing useful?
Because it helps product cards look cleaner, more consistent, and more presentable. This is especially useful for eCommerce stores and marketplace listings where the first image has a strong visual role. eBay emphasises photo quality and notes that a plain white background is a safe choice, while Google Merchant recommends a solid white or transparent background for product images.
Do all product photos need to be edited?
No. The client can choose the scope. We can process only the first image, the first 2 images, the first 5 images, the first 10 images, or the full image set depending on the needs and budget.
Can you edit only the main photo?
Yes. This is often the most practical option for large product sets, because the first image usually carries the strongest visual role in listings and previews.
Is the service suitable for used parts?
Yes. It is especially useful for used parts, technical products, and items photographed in inconsistent conditions that need a cleaner and more professional final presentation.
Does the client decide how many photos should be edited?
Yes. The client chooses the scope, and the cost depends on how many images per product require background editing.

Corporate Websites

What types of business websites do you create?
We create corporate websites, business card websites, and landing pages depending on the company's goals, market, budget, and launch timeline.
What is the difference between a corporate website and a landing page?
A corporate website usually has multiple pages and presents the company more broadly, including services, trust sections, supporting pages, and company information. A landing page is more focused and usually built around one offer or one service direction.
Can you build the project on a template for faster launch?
Yes. If the client wants a quicker start, we can work from a ready-made structure and adapt it to the company's needs.
Can you build the website from scratch?
Yes. For more individual projects, we can create the structure, technical specification, design direction, page layouts, and functionality from the ground up.
Do you create design for desktop, tablet and mobile?
Yes. For custom projects, we plan design in a way that helps the client understand how the website will work across different devices and screen sizes.

Content & SEO

Do you also write texts and metadata for corporate websites?
Yes. We can prepare or structure headings, service page texts, information pages, and metadata so the website reflects the company properly and is better prepared for search visibility.
Why do you spend time on competitor analysis for corporate websites?
Because the website should help the company present itself at the level of strong competitors or better. Competitor analysis helps us define how the final site should be structured, written, and positioned.
Do you prepare page titles and meta descriptions?
Yes. We can structure titles, headings, and meta descriptions for service pages, product pages, and supporting pages. Google recommends writing relevant meta descriptions that help users understand what a page is about.
Do you rely on meta keywords for Google rankings?
No. Meta keywords can still exist as an optional field inside some content workflows, but Google does not use the keywords meta tag for ranking. We focus more on page titles, H1 structure, unique content, useful product data, internal linking, and clear page intent.
Do you help with category, brand and information page content?
Yes. We can help structure content for categories, brands, service pages, information pages, and product pages so the site is more informative and better organised.
Do you create unique product content for the website?
Yes. Where the project scope includes it, we can prepare more individual website-side content rather than relying only on copied marketplace-style wording.
Can the site be prepared for better internal linking and SEO growth?
Yes. Site structure and internal links are important both for users and for search engines. Google specifically notes that link architecture and crawlable internal links are important for discovery and navigation.

Languages

Can you build websites in different languages?
Yes. We can work with English, German, Italian, and other language directions depending on the project.
Do you only translate text, or do you adapt it to the market?
We aim to structure the content so it fits the target market and service logic, not just translate words literally.
Can the website be prepared for future multilingual expansion?
Yes. We can build the structure so future language versions are easier to organise. Google recommends separate URLs and proper hreflang signals for multilingual or multi-regional content.
Can you work with projects outside the UK?
Yes. We can support projects for different markets depending on the language, scope, and business direction.

Process & Support

How does a typical project start?
A typical project starts with competitor analysis, business review, market understanding, and definition of the client's goals. Learn more on our process page.
How is the final scope agreed?
The final scope is discussed with the client before development moves forward. This includes deciding what is included in the service, what can be staged later, and which parts of the workflow matter most for the project.
How is pricing usually formed?
Pricing depends on the scope of work. For example, in listing services the cost changes depending on whether the client wants image editing, category selection, item specifics, condition writing, descriptions, pricing support, or only selected parts of the workflow.
Do you offer ongoing support after launch?
Yes. We can continue improving the project after launch with new pages, integrations, product workflows, plugins, usability improvements, automation, metadata support, and business-focused enhancements.
Can the project be improved later even if it goes live now?
Yes. We build projects with future development in mind. Many businesses launch first and then continue improving functionality, content, and automation over time.
Do you develop custom plugins and expanded functionality?
Yes. If the project needs additional features, custom workflows, or expanded usability, we can support plugin-based or custom functional development as part of the wider system.
What is your overall goal in a project?
Our goal is not simply to launch a website. It is to create a practical system that supports everyday work, improves presentation, reduces unnecessary manual effort, and helps the business grow more effectively over time.
